Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or a copy of your PayPal receipt. We will then, if requiring testing or replacing send you a confirmation of your return and keep you informed on the next step.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or seals on packaging are broken, and if there are items missing. These include Wiring Kits, Satellite Navigation Systems, OEM Radios, Tow Bars and Cruise Control.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be at the charge of the return postage or be at the loss of the item. All items have serial numbers and will be logged and you will not be able to return if items are out of warranty. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry.
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping as the shipping and handling is included and is free, and this is also deducted from the amount you paid on the order.
Warrantee items are exchangeable, it will not require the entire kit but serial items will be logged and all items tested before hand. If an item is in warranty and is tested to be matching serial numbers, we will exchange and send on a new unit. Postage however will be made payable by the customer. All our items include free shipping and handling so if in the instance an item needs to be returned, a PayPal fee for the registered post for the packaging will be requested and only returned when paid. You can collect an item obviously free of charge. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but again you will have to pay return shipping.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm. Some items may be in stock and will be shipped that day, if there is an item that will be required in, we will inform you in how long it may take, but we will aim to have your orders shipped within 72 hours.

An Post Registered Post
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using An Post will not have tracking numbers, but most will to ensure we know you receive your items. Damages must be checked when signing for your package through AnPost, all items are brand new, sealed and packaged with the greatest of care.
All items that are shipped within the Republic of Ireland include free delivery, however outside of Ireland will be a standard rate of €19.95, this will be requested after the order has been placed of paid for.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
